Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is a motor-racing circuit located in Stavelot, Belgium. It is also referred to as Spa and is the venue of the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix, and the Spa 24 Hours and 1000 km Spa endurance races. It is also home to the all-Volkswagen club event, 25 Hours of Spa, run by the Uniroyal Fun Cup. It is one of the most challenging race tracks in the world, mainly due to its fast, hilly and twisty nature. Spa is a favourite circuit of many racing drivers and fans. Despite its name, the circuit is not in Spa but lies in the vicinity of the town of Francorchamps within the boundaries of the municipality of Stavelot, with a part in the boundaries of Malmedy.
Normally a week before. If you're going to practise off-line, don't forget to set 50 kilo's extra weight for the Ferrari 550.
Strange thing about setting the ballast offline. I joined single player, added 50 ballast via the apps, and it said my setup was invalid. (Front end was under 50mm) The same setup works fine online with the 50kg added to the car.
Yep, completely the same setup loaded. (Full fuel). Can't remember exactly, but on server my front is at the 50mm limit. Single player after adding 50kg, it drops to about 48mm Will check later when home
Strange indeed.. Could it be another pit box ? I know it plays a role in the numbers you see on the setup page as the pit placement is not entirely flat.
I've just checked, and even without ballast, in the same pit garage by the looks of things, my setup is invalid on single player Also the default setup is invalid with ballast. Single player - seems like same garage, 50kg added, setup too low Multiplayer - seems like same garage, can see the 50kg is added to the car, load the same setup (V10) and it is just on the minimum.
Really weird indeed. Does seem to be the same pit box. Other things I can think of .. Are you using CM and perhaps setting ballast there ? I would think it translates to be ballast app in game though. Not sure if things like temperature could affect it otherwise. There should be no difference between on and offline in AC. That many setups
Yes I use CM, but no ballast added there. Not sure temp etc was the same, but surely that wouldn't change ride height. Don't understand it so just throw up a server to do practice now. (My server gave the same ride height as the SRO server on race night) Thought someone would comment on setups was my first ever race in these cars, so saved each tweak to a new setup so I could go back if it didn't help
Server is UP ! Added Nuno to the #7 Saleen Added Joakim to the # 12 F 55 with 50kg ballast . Andrew would you like to have your ballast removed ?
Last race we had no TS as we are upgrading our main servers ! Here is the New TeamSpeak server Info !
The broadcast is now scheduled! Thanks to world governments being incapable of making a proper decision about what time it is, the stream's scheduled 19:45 GMT start time (in which we'll show the end of free practice, recap the season so far, etc.) will now be 14:45 Eastern US time. And of course because I've changed the video thumbnail to match the proportions of the banners on the SRO frontpage, YouTube is utterly confused. Technology, am I right? Here it is again... You know, in case you want a wall poster of it, or something. See you all there! This is going to be good.
I'm back to using regular OBS instead of the StreamLabs version, so I'll be much more "at home" with it this time. But an extra reminder can't hurt!
Hello, I just signed up for this race... I like a lot those cars, they remember my GTR2 time. It is my first race on SRO, I will ensure special attention to not be in the way for nobody.
Hi Lino, You can take the Ferrari 575. Welcome to the series. If you want to do the last 2 rounds 6 and 7, you also need to sign up for those
